Activating an urban garden with a public program

Contemporary Food Lab transformed an abandoned lot into an urban garden and opened it to the public as Little Wood, a cultural space for inspiration, education and entertainment.
PLANE—SITE curated a month-long program challenging notions of public space, sustainability, biodiversity, architecture and food production. The Little Wood program served diverse urban communities and advocated for creative reuse of urban brownfields.
