In collaboration with famed landscape architect Ken Smith, PLANE-SITE produced this emotive studio portrait about his work and studio. The short film follows Ken into his office and on a walk through his most iconic projects along the New York City waterfront. Expansive yet intimate, the work of Ken Smith demonstrates the nuance between building a landscape and growing a landscape. Each project becomes both a garden and a tool for understanding and relating to society and our natural world.
